Cancellations

Returns, refunds and replacements

Food products are sensitive consumable items. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of products that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or where the original seal is broken.

However, you may request a replacement or refund if the product:

When a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to payment-provider and bank processing times.
